We’re looking for a Wholesale Assistant who is organized, proactive, and ready to help us streamline our wholesale and daily operations. You’ll work with our dedicated team where your attention to detail and communication skills will make a real impact on how we serve our global community of stockists and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Wholesale Order Management: Taking ownership of the wholesale order process, from monitoring incoming orders to ensuring they are processed accurately.
• Invoicing & Billing: Assisting with the creation and management of wholesale invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Customer Service: Serving as a friendly, helpful point of contact for our community, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a great experience.
• E-commerce Support: Helping with general e-commerce tasks and site maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Location / Work Type: This is an on-site position based at our office in Los Angeles.
• Experience & Skills: 1–2 years of related experience (e.g., wholesale management, customer service, or e-commerce operations) is preferred, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• A "Get Things Done" Attitude: You have a sharp eye for detail, can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Strong Communication: You are comfortable working with internal teams and external partners, always keeping lines of communication open and clear.
• Brand Alignment: You love our commitment to quality, simplicity, and collaboration, and you’re excited to help share that with our partners and customers worldwide.
