Q: From where are you shipping?

A: Los Angeles, California

Q: Where are the products made?

A: The socks are made in Korea, the tees are Made in Los Angeles, all through fair trade production regulations.

Q: What is the material of the products?

A: You can see the contents on the product page.

Q: Do you sell in stores?

A: All of our stockists are on the STOCKISTS page. We do not currently have a brick and mortar.

Q: How do I buy wholesale for my store?

A: Please contact us at wholesale@lebonshoppe.com OR go to lebonshoppe.faire.com .

Q: How can I return my item?

A: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, and items are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition you may be eligible for a return. All returns must be processed through our ONLINE RETURN PORTAL  within 15 days of delivery date and will not be accepted otherwise. All socks, sale and discounted merchandise are Final Sale. We do not offer exchanges. No returns will be accepted unless otherwise stated. Shipping fee is not refundable. Refunds/Returns charge a $10 restocking fee automatically deducted from your refund. Restocking fee will be charged per returns not order. Items that are returned worn, damaged, with animal hair or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return and will be returned to the customer.

International orders are FINAL SALE.

We are not liable for damaged or missing products from a 3rd party retailer. 

 

Q: What if my package gets lost or stolen?

A: We offer shipping insurance for every purchase filed within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@lebonshoppe.com to file a claim. The claims process takes approximately 20 days.
