ORDER PROCESSING


Orders placed M-F (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders received after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will be processed the following Monday. 

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verifications, unforeseeable events, and holidays.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. 

Residents of the United States will pay sales tax on their purchase based on residing county and state.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING PROCEDURES 

Free standard shipping (USPS First Class Mail 2-11 business days) is applicable with the code "FREESHIP" to all US RETAIL domestic orders over $75. 

Domestic orders can be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Ground. 

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Le Bon Shoppe is unable to reroute packages.  


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCEDURES  + DUTIES 

Free DHL EXPRESS Shipping with the code "WORLDWIDE300" to all RETAIL international orders over $300USD. 

  • Delivered duty paid (DDP). This term indicates that the Le Bon Shoppe assumes responsibility for any import costs that might be payable when goods cross borders, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees. Duties and taxes are collected during the checkout process. 

Le Bon Shoppe is not responsible for additional fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Le Bon Shoppe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Le Bon Shoppe. No refund will be issued.

All orders shipped internationally are FINAL SALE.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Once Le Bon Shoppe has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However Le Bon Shoppe is not responsible for any lost, missing, delivered or stolen merchandise. 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Upon receiving shipment, if you are missing or have damaged items, you must report via email within 7 days of package delivery for replacement or refund. Refund/replacement request after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. All reports should include photos of damage(d) item(s), and order number.
