SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed M-F (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders received after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will be processed the following Monday. 

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification and holidays.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. 

Residents of the United States will pay sales tax on their purchase based on residing county and state.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING PROCEDURES 

Free shipping is applicable with the code "FREESHIP50" to all US RETAIL domestic orders of $50+ (prior to tax and shipping fees and after any applicable discounts are applied).

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Standard. 

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Le Bon Shoppe is unable to reroute packages. 

Once Le Bon Shoppe has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCEDURES  + DUTIES

International orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class International or UPS Standard and typically deliver worldwide within 7-14 business days. 


Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International.


Le Bon Shoppe is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Le Bon Shoppe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Le Bon Shoppe. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If Le Bon Shoppe does not receive the package, no refund will be issued.
