Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verifications, unforeseeable events, and holidays.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email.
Residents of the United States will pay sales tax on their purchase based on residing county and state.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Free standard shipping (USPS First Class Mail 2-11 business days) is applicable with the code "FREESHIP25" to all US RETAIL domestic orders. If you want a faster delivery please select another shipping option.
Domestic orders can be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Standard.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Le Bon Shoppe is unable to reroute packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCEDURES + DUTIES
All international orders are shipped via UPS Standard (typically deliver within 3-7 business days but not guaranteed).
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Le Bon Shoppe is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Le Bon Shoppe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Le Bon Shoppe. No refund will be issued.
All orders shipped internationally are FINAL SALE.
LOST PACKAGES
Once Le Bon Shoppe has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However Le Bon Shoppe is not responsible for any lost, missing, delivered or stolen merchandise.
