— Socks and bags are the final sale. No exceptions.
— Sale, discounted, and special order items are final sale. No exceptions.
— International (outside the US 50 states) orders are final sale. No exceptions.
— Returns must be agreed upon with LE BON SHOPPE or they will not be accepted. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a return authorization before returning any merchandise. LE BON SHOPPE reserves the right to refuse any returned item.
— Returns are allowed for exchange, refund or store credit on full price merchandise within 15 days from delivery date with a $7 restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged for an exchange and/or deducted from refund/store credit total.
— Shipping/customs/duties/import fees and tax costs are not refundable.
— A refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued after return is received and reviewed.
— Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, dust bags, tags and/or boxes.
