Soft Corduroy Arc Pants - Lilac

I love these pants. However finding the right size took a leap of faith, or two. I hope this review helps others find their right size for their first purchase. I'm usually between a small and medium in bottoms that don't have number sizing. I am a 26 in most jeans, lululemon bottoms I'm usually a 6

I wrote to customer service with my measurements (waist 29", hips 36.5") and they recommended Medium.

I purchased the Blue denim in Medium. I found myself pulling them up throughout the day. The elastic band sits lower on my waist (where mid to low-rise jeans would fall). I was curious about a smaller size so took a leap and bought the black denim in Small. Smalls don't drop down on my waist and stay put right at my waist line (like where high-rise pants would).

Overall, I think the Small is overall a better fit and look but I will still continue to wear the Mediums.

For reference - 5' 1.5" 120lbs

I ordered the smallest possible size and while I love these pants and they feel extremely comfortable, I am also swimming in them. That said, the fabric is so comfortable and I’m finding that I want to wear them all the time. Just know that they are big and roomy!

The pros: I do love these pants. The cut, the quality are really amazing. The cons: I suffer through a tighter waistband than I'd prefer in a size larger than I take in any other brand. I do wish LBS would take the feedback re the waist. The waistband is small and tight for an XL. And since these are elastic, I'm having a hard time understanding why they can't provide more give so that these pants can fit over hips and sit more comfortably on the waist. The result is these pants do not fit a wide range of bodies and that is incredibly disappointing.
